Gelli printing is a form of monoprinting that utilizes a gelatin-based plate to create unique, textured prints. Acrylic paints, stencils, stamps, and textured objects are used to create patterns and designs onto delicate tea paper. Each print is unique due to the monoprinting process, where only one impression is made per paint application. Therefore each of these pieces is a unique exploration of the spontaneous.
